Generate any point required on drills to manufacturer’s tolerances or to customer’s print. Manufacture or regrind all types of step tools to print. Regrind all types of end mills including radius tools and ball nose. Regrind side cutters and stagger tooth cutters. Grind carbide and high speed steel tools.

Tools reground to original factory specs. Cleaned and edge protected after grinding. All tools inspected for quality. Like items packaged together and marked, for easy identification. Various coatings including : AlTin, TiAln,, Fire X, TiN and many others. Normal turn around on non-coated tools is 1 to 1 1/2 weeks. Coated tools 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. Gainey Sharpening prides itself in being able to help customers with emergencies by turning non-coated tools the same day and coated tools in as little as 4 days.
